Master Of Law

Master of Law program at the Catholic University of Santo Thomas with a concentration on Cyber Law and Health Law. The concentration of Cyber Law is supported by adequate human resources with a Doctorate in Criminal Law background, namely a Professor and 3 (three) Doctors in the field of Civil Law. Transnational crimes such as narcotics crime, environmental damage, global warming intersect with human health. That is one of the considerations that the two concentrations were chosen.

To be faculty and study program that are innovative, humanist, cultured based on Pancasila and Christian values.

• Acknowledging and understanding the origin, purpose, and function as well as various structures of the state.
• Having basic knowledge of the Indonesian legal system and individual relations between people.
• Acknowledging and understanding the provisions regarding establishing and running a company, and being able to design business contracts.
• Having skills in resolving business disputes, conflicts in the community in accordance with community developments and dynamics.
